Notice: Adjustment on the Use of Contracts with Purple Electronic Seals

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Effective immediately, VanGaa Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. will discontinue the use of all contracts bearing the purple electronic seal.

Adjustments:

Contracts previously executed with the purple electronic seal are no longer legally valid as of this notice.

New contracts will be formal versions that have been reviewed by our Finance Department and stamped with the physical company seal.

Cancelled Seal Style：

The purple electronic seal, which was previously used on certain contracts, is now officially discontinued and will no longer be valid for any official documents.

Important Note:

If you have recently entered into a contract with our company that features a purple electronic seal, please contact your business representative before August 31, 2025. We will assist you in re-executing the contract through the formal signing procedure.
