In the lighting design of high-definition video conference rooms, there are 6 basic standards for illuminance, color rendering index, color temperature, light quality, strobe and glare. The images transmitted by the video conference include people, sceneries, charts, texts, etc., and should be clear and legible. The lighting requirements are stricter, especially when using high-end remote video conferencing. When holding a video conference, we should ensure sufficient illuminance, high color rendering index, color temperature consistency, light safety, no flicker and no glare of the meeting room lighting, to avoid uneven color of the image produced by the camera, flickering and dimming.
1. First of all, we must consider the standard of illuminance for shooting and recording, because it is not like human eyes, the adaptability is much worse, and the requirements for illuminance are higher. There are two cases of low illuminance. One is that the ceiling illuminance of the auditorium area is lower than the national standard. The other is that the face light of the rostrum leader is used incorrectly. During a video conference, the face of the person cannot be seen clearly on the video screen. In order to ensure the correct image tone and self-balance of the camera, it is stipulated that the light irradiated on the face of a person is bright and clear, and the illuminance should not be less than 700lux. The direction of the light is more important than the intensity of the light. The embedded electric flip LED three-color conference light can directly shine the light on the face of the person.
2. The color rendering index standard of high-definition video conference room lighting should be greater than 90. Most video conference room lamps have a color rendering index of about 60 to 70. The pictures taken cannot truly reflect the situation of the meeting people and the environment.

3. There is no need for stage effect lighting in the high-definition video conference room, but the standard requirements of the lighting color temperature are the same, and the color temperature of high-definition shooting should be 5600K. The color temperature is too high, the light is too white, the color temperature is too low, and the light is too yellow, resulting in the phenomenon of blue and red shooting pictures.
4. Light quality standards for high-definition video conference rooms. Traditional heat source lamps have high heat radiation and poor light quality. At present, the state strongly promotes LED, which is a cold light source, with soft light, energy saving, environmental protection, safety and no radiation.
Five, high-definition video conference room lighting regarding strobe standards. The stroboscopic problem shows that the meeting room lamps are driven by inferior quality, which causes the ripple of the video shooting screen to fluctuate up and down, which affects the shooting effect. At the same time, if the problem is too serious, it will cause visual fatigue of the participants.
Sixth, the glare standard of high-definition video conference room lamps and lanterns. In the past, video conference room lamps generally used three-primary conference room lights, and exposed fluorescent tubes were installed. During video conferences, people would feel very dazzling. At the same time, when shooting, the glare in the video screen is very serious, which affects the effect. It causes visual fatigue of the participants and reduces the sense of presence in the video conference room. The use of LED three-color conference lights is not only completely silent, no glare, but also in line with the beautiful design of the video conference room.
